Jennifer has experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts related to the downstream energy business, including services agreements, sales contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and staffing contracts. Previously, Jennifer worked as in-house counsel for the Baton Rouge Area Foundation where she drafted contracts, worked on various employment matters, ensured the Foundation and its funds were in compliance with changes in various laws and regulations, and conducted due diligence of unusual gifts, including real property, insurance policies, and stock. Jennifer also worked for the United Nations Volunteers in Bonn, Germany where she worked on human resources matters.
After receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin with highest honors, Jennifer graduated from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
