Nichole, based in Houston Texas, manages the Rossi International law practice, and ensures transaction integrity.

Nichole has nearly two decades of experience working in private companies and law firms. She is a skilled transaction specialist, with a deep understanding of the accounting that underpins a transaction.

Nichole received her Paralegal Diploma from Lonestar College in Texas. Nichole has studied QuickBooks and is comfortable with all aspects of both general and trust accounting.

Nichole, who is a licensed mortgage loan officer, managed the Houston offices of FBC Mortgage Company with an annual transaction volume greater than $500 million. Nichole was the office manager of Hooks Industrial, providing manufacturing services for the domestic and international energy industry, as well as the US Military.
